This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled for services purchased from STARLOBE Technolabs. Because we provide custom software and digital services, the following terms apply.
STARLOBE Technolabs delivers custom, made-to-order software development and digital services. Work typically begins after an advance payment and is delivered in phases or milestones agreed with the client.
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
Advance payments, completed milestones, and work already delivered and approved are generally non-refundable. Custom development charges for work already performed cannot be refunded.
To request a refund, email contact@starlobe.com with your name, invoice/transaction ID, payment date and the reason for the request. We will review eligible requests and respond within 5–7 business days.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Once approved, refunds are typically credited within 5–7 business days, though the exact timing may depend on your bank or card issuer.
